After completing my education as a commercial employee in a global international IT company and various positions in international firms, I sought employment and worked abroad for one of the largest travel agencies as Destination Manager where I handled a team of 10 employees, recruited new personnel and performed a variety of tasks in the Human Resources sector. This paved the way for my future career. Upon my return to Zurich, I joined a well-known re-insurance company as Underwriting Assistant. However, I then realized that my passion and calling is to network and to create the perfect match between employers and employees. I successfully completed my diploma as Professional Personnel Specialist and since then I have been continuously engaged in current HR topics and have continued my education, e.g. with the CAS “Applied Psychology in HR Practice” or “Employees in Crisis (Suicide Prevention)”. After 7 years as Human Resources Consultant for a renowned Consulting Agency where I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience, I founded my own company in 2011. My ability in networking, gaining new contacts and the talent to respond to the social needs of businesses and employment candidates are qualities that contribute to my success. Besides German being my mother-tongue, I am fluent in English, Spanish and French.
